About Clifton
Clifton is the largest city in Bosque County, Texas, United States. The city's population was 3,465 at the 2020 census. Clifton and the surrounding area were settled by Norwegian settlers in the mid 1800s. Today, this area is in the National Register of Historic Places as the Norse Historic District.
